All the tools our Chauffeurs need, at their fingertips, allowing them to deliver the Sterling Service to you and your clients.  Our Chauffeur App is Apple or Android, as well as a fully functioning ‘Chauffeur Web App’.  Particularly useful to integrate our partners fully in to our systems.

When a Chauffeur is on any service, the progress of the journey can be tracked to show their location.  This can be seen by the Passenger prior to their pick-up, or by PA’s and Booker’s of the Passenger’s Limo. This is particularly useful when using our Courier Service

Our global integrating is effortless in the system.  We can send and receive Limo hires from anywhere in the world, enabling us to provide your Sterling Service centrally managed including multi-currency pricing and invoicing.

Automatic messaging can keep Passengers informed on the progress of their Chauffeur prior to pickup.  The Passenger can also receive a link showing the vehicle and the Chauffeur details, complete with photos and phone numbers,  with real time mapping.

For our corporate clients, we can provide your own effective booking portal, that can be branded in your company livery.  ‘Booker’ logins are unlimited and you can be assigned different permissions.  Your bookings can be grouped by Booker/Department/Passenger allowing for slick managing, reporting and invoicing.

Whether you are a Hotel, Private School, Event Promoter or Hospitality Venue, our Booking Portal can be branded and embedded into your own website. Your Clients and Guests can book their own cars with you on your website while actually booking our Sterling Service. We can represent you throughout of course and all will appear as if you have your own Limo Desk and fleet of private Chauffeurs!! All Booking Confirmations and Invoices can be branded as if coming straight from you.
